Two main purposes of the law

This law has two purposes, one of them is to promote some games and to eradicate some others from the root because the games in which we invest money claim that if you invest this much money then you will get double of it. The government has take action against such betting games . The common games that are played in which no money is spent and no assurance is made that you money will be doubled, those games will continue like this , only the wedding games , the government has banned them.

This rule has been implemented by the Lok Sabha but now it will be signed by the president and then it will be issued and all betting apps will be closed .

Types of legal and illegal games 

1, Online Money Games(Banned)

These are the games in which you invest money and you are claimed to win money and it is also claimbed that your money will be doubled. All such betting games will be banned by the government. 



2, E-Sport Games (Allowed)

There are the games in which teams of players are formed and competition are held in them. There is an entry fee in this games and money prices are also given on winning. Only betting games I win completed banded, we but such a E-sports games will continue . This has been started in this law by the government. 

3, Online Social Games (Allowed )

There are the games which are played just for entertainment and to pass time . They are the some examples of this games first one is candy crush, Ludo and many other games. This games will continue like this, no Ban has been imposed on them . 

Punishment for Breaking the Rule

If any company runs such games, that under the law it can be punished with 3 year of imprisonment or a fine of ₹1 crore rupees for breaking this rule. 

And anyone advertise these batting games and breaks the government rule, he will have to face up to you in jail and a fine of up to 50 lakh rupees from the government. 


Note : 

All the punishments and law that have been mentioned only for those who make these online games and those who advertise them, there is no punishment for the common players. 

When will  the law come into force ?

This law has been certified by the president , but it will force to go to the rajya Sabha through the Lok Sabha and with the signature of president in the rajya Sabha the law will be implemented in the whole country and all batting games will and because of this batting games, our youth, our country, is going on the wrong path , they are committed suicide, the forget themselves and invest their money, their family's money is a wrong place, due to which many homes have been ruined.

The government has a very good step because if these wedding games or not stopped in the coming times, the millions of people will die in their homes and the coming generation will be ruined , that is why the government has taken a very good step, so that these batting games are closed and the coming generation is shown the right path and the right way to earn money.
